StewardTracker
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026
1. What we collect
We collect the account details needed to run StewardTracker, including your email address, profile details, authentication events, push notification subscriptions, and the tasks, lists, notes, and reminder settings you choose to store. If you contact support, we also receive the details you send in that message.
2. How we use data
We use your data to authenticate your account, sync your content across devices, deliver reminders, let you export or delete your data, secure the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sensitive information
StewardTracker is a general productivity tool. You should avoid storing passwords, payment card details, medical records, government identifiers, or other highly regulated data unless you have independently confirmed the service meets your needs.
4. Storage and security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in Supabase with row-level security so each signed-in account can only access its own rows. We also minimize local device storage to reduce shared-device leakage. Service-side encryption at rest is provided by the hosting platforms we use.
5. Your privacy choices
You can export your tasks and notes, remove notification subscriptions, sign out other sessions, or delete your account from the Settings screen. Account deletion is intended to remove the stored account data associated with that user rather than keeping an archive copy.
6. Retention
We keep your account data until you delete it or ask us to remove it, except where a shorter or longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
7. Third-party services
StewardTracker relies on infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and push notification services used by your browser or operating system to deliver core features. Those providers may process limited metadata necessary to provide the service.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the version date shown here and in the in-app agreement flow for future releases.
9. Contact
If you have privacy questions, use the contact option on the website or the in-app Settings page so we can respond.
